Great product but arrived by Hermes, it was an expensive gift and they left parcel on doorstep and drove off. Didn’t take photo or attempt to leave next door or even hide parcel. Both key workers so in work. Luckily we have a ringbell and were able to ask a neighbour to take it in. The delivery person run off down drive so couldn’t even ask via the bell to leave next door. Very disappointed with delivery!!
