Bought a vase. It arrived absolutely shattered. The bubble wrap was around the outside of the box. The vase inside was completely unprotected.
This was my main Christmas present for my wife. I am now told (Saturday) that they are out of stock. I don't have a present for my wife. now. It makes me feel awful.
