Beautiful coat, so 4 stars but extremely disappointed with Hermes the delivery people which is why not 5 stars. ETA came and went. I was promised update on delayed parcel but never got one. Only way to contact Hermes is online. Which I did twice and received automatic reply once. If your parcel doesn’t arrive you are told to contact the seller even though Hermes have the parcel but not delivered it. Parcel eventually arrived almost a week later . Package filthy, covered in mud and torn but luckily coat not damaged. Will not order from HoF again while you are still using Hermes. I have had other parcels sent via Hermes and everyone of them has had the package damaged in some way.
