Ordered a pair of jeans for my husband for Christmas 32w34L. Jeans came mislabelled. The packaging was ripped open and label on the tag said 32w34L but clearly the waist in embroidery was 36R.
Now I’ve had to pay returns postage to return them when it clearly was the packers fault and not mine. Emailed customer services and nothing back. Bad service House of Fraser and now husband has no jeans for Christmas and not sure whether they have received them back
