Ordered 9 items. All were sent from the UK to France in a plastic bag with no protective packaging. 5 of the items (all were Xmas gifts) were damaged. Contacted customer services immediately and sent pictures. It took a week to receive a response to every message I sent. Was first offered a refund on postage. I proposed a 50% refund on damaged items or replacement. Today (3 days before Xmas) I was offered a £10 refund plus postage. Most of the gifts were for my 18 year old military son who has spent the last year away from home protecting these greedy scumbags and I am disabled on a fixed income. Would you happily give any of these to your family? Will never shop with HoF again. Shame on you.
