My first order was cancelled on the grounds HoF had been unable to deliver it. Given that it was a click and collect order from a HOF store, this made no sense. I ordered again with next day delivery and it took a further 4 days to arrive, with Hermes claiming at one point to have delivered it when they clearly had not. I have tried to complain to HoF on a number of occasions but it is impossible to reach a human. The customer service is truly appalling n and I strongly recommend avoiding HoF at all costs.
