I very much like the goods House of Fraser sell & buy fairly regularly from them. However they are one of the few that charge for either delivery to you or click & collect, even when you have spent over a £100.
I ordered Christmas presents online this year which I was very pleased with but I’m afraid compared to various other retailers House of Fraser were the slowest on delivery times & as I said also charged me.
