Pathetic pathetic customer service. They charge you £7.99 for guaranteed next day delivery, then don't deliver your order on time and when you email them multiple times asking them for a refund of the premium they've charged for delivery (as they've clearly not kept their terms) they just ignore your questions while responding to other bits, which means that they are available to respond but just choose to ignore what's not profitable for them. Will never order from house of fraser again.
