I like House of Fraser but it seriously needs to make improvements if it wants to survive. There is no common sense or customer service. I placed an order Black Friday. Arrived on Tuesday 22nd December as one item was out of stock and they couldn’t call or email me to let me know, they couldn’t send the items separately one immediate and one when it arrived. No they sent it when the other one arrived in stock and yet still sent separate and the out of stock item arrived first. No one is wants to lose HOF but sort your processes out, if you don’t step up you won’t survive as it’s put me off shopping with you again. I had to contact Resolver to sort!!
