Delighted with website, easy to navigate and responsive. Speed of delivery was good, no delays or difficulties. I would have allocated five stars however my only disappointment was in relation to the packing of some of the goods received. I purchased fairly expensive clothing items for gifts for my adult children. Some were packaged appropriately. Others appeared to have been purchased before, tried on for size and returned. Two items the same in different colours was purchased, whilst one was well packaged the other was not well presented.
