Paid extra for next day delivery, but package was delayed. Product size was not clear and ended up with a ‘super’ super king size sheets that had to be returned. Return postage is not free and I have to pay another £20 or more to send two big packs of duvet cover sets back. Not nice.
Re-ordered another size, paid for next day delivery again; again it has not arrived in time!! So I’ve spent around £40 on postage.
