After reading the reviews I was quite wary about buying anything from them but it was a last minute gift and I wanted the item to go to Darwin in Australia and seeing that they only charged a small amount for postage I thought I would give them a try. It took my item afew days to get processed but after that I could see where the parcel was and handled by Ascendia the freight handler. I could track its journey from the UK right to Darwin, calling at Sydney first. It took the same time as a parcel I had sent recorded delivery via the post office which was sent 2 weeks before this parcel was despatched! So a lesson learnt don't always go by the reviews, very impressed. Thankyou house of fraser and Ascendia
