I responded to a marketing email by ordering something for next day delivery on Christmas Eve.
I paid £9.99 for this, which I would never normally do as it is very expensive.
The parcel arrived after Christmas.
I was very disappointed.
I emailed House of Fraser and have had no reply.
I feel that they should have at least refunded the delivery fee.
