Dreadful service.
Will never use online House of Fraser again. It took 2 months for my order (£109.99 Jumpsuit) to arrive after numerous phone calls to a non existing phone line. Two emails and 1 threatening email to go to court. My order finally arrived, but it was badly marked at the bottom of the trouser, so it’s going straight back!
