Although the delivery service was good. I found the returns policy very vague and confusing, and it cost me £11.00 in postage to return some of the goods for refund. I had originally planned to return them to store for a credit note, but the stores were closed due to Tier 4. I emailed House of Fraser to ask their advice regarding returns during the pandemic, but after a few days I had no response and went for the £11.00 postage option for fear of being refused a refund if I left it too late. Not impressed with the customer service.
