Customer service is non-existent. I placed an order on-line and realised i had ordered incorrectly. There was no way to cancel this order or speak to anyone. Not only did i have to pay for postage to receive the parcel i didn't want, i have to pay for postage to send it back. In the currently climate, to ask people to pay for returns is wrong on every level.
