I have been trying to get a refund for a parcel I ordered on 17th Dec and paid next delivery for. Your customer service is non existent. I have emailed a dozen times, no one replies. Your products are great. Your sale, amazing. But without any help if there's an issue, this leaves customers very frustrated. I was reluctant, but made a second order to try to replace what I'd brought. Unfortunately some was out of stock. The first order had Christmas gifts in, which I couldn't replace as I went into Teir 4 with Covid restrictions. I'm still owed over £160 and it's 19 days later .... Have tried to contact Hermes but they say initial delay was caused by house of fraser and by the looks of things, this is now lost.
My daughter eventually got someone to reply on Twitter ..... they have been equally unhelpful.
I can't imagine this review will come as a surprise to you .... as since this has started, I've looked at your reviews and they are all similar to mine. All with the same issues, no product delivered, but impossible to get a refund as no-one ever replies to customer complaints.
