Worst service I have received from a retailer on line
Placed an order over £200 on the 27th and paid extra for next day delivery, today 5th jan and still no update after enrolling HOF three times and Hermes only automated responses
Now raised a complaint with my credit card company as they are the only people I can actually speak to as if you call HOF you either get cut off or it just rings out for ages then kills the line
Will not use them again when I get my money back and they can keep their goods
