I actually felt cheated by the fact I learned after my purchase - I could have been eligible for a discount by adding a code at the point of purchase. Apparently, my buy was actually included in the January sale.
What organization leaves a customer feeling cheated? One that is cheap, skimping on service or product quality - not the values the House of Fraser is meant to be known for.
