I bought some items off HoF sales, didn't expect to receive items that are either faulty, broken or unusable. I understand some items can be already opened or re-packaged (badly) but to send out faulty items cannot be legal, more annoying that I have to return the faulty items at my cost.
HoF should really be ashamed of themselves for doing this, I used to rate them on quality but this is a major disappointment to me and I think it's probably the last time I'll buy from Hof during its Sales period.
