I had an order that didn’t arrive at all this was due to Hermes not delivering to parcel shop witch was 10 days prior to Christmas, witch they didn’t even apologise?
I have since ordered several separate items they have arrived ok, but it was very upsetting when you didn’t have an Christmas present for your son when House of Fraser have your money and Hermes have been paid too and could not get any info only to get an email Christmas Eve saying there was a delay on delivery,
