The item arrived damaged. The packaging arrived squashed. The delivery driver left my parcel outside, mind you I live on a busy road opposite a bus garage and bus top! Paid for next day delivery as the items were a gift and I needed them quickly. Very very disappointed with house of Fraser. First and last time I am going to make an order with them. Customer service team were not great either
