Terrible experience! No words can explain how frustated I am!
My order was placed since 30/12, at 4/1 they send an email that it was on it’s way, an email from DHL was sent next, that the shipper has not deliver the item but made the procedure of getting an invoice. I tried to contact HOF though email, customer service, sports direct but they keep giving me emails to contact and all over again! I so very much frustrated! REALLY! I NEVER had a single problem with HOF till now! UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED!
