The Christmas baubles I ordered were beautiful but what I couldn’t understand was these fragile contents were put in a plastic bag without any kind of protection so both sets had broken pieces rattling away when I opened it. Dangerous for one and totally avoidable. I have contacted HOF and they have refunded me but that’s not really the point.
