I love House of Fraser, always have done. They never sell poor quality stuff. I did get slightly annoyed by the time it took to arrive, but that may have had more to do with Hermes couriers, who I would never use, and of course, I am comparing them to Amazon. I just think that for £4.95 it should have been delivered more quickly. So only 4 stars. Please use another courier!
