We purchased a Jack Wolfskin Puffer coat, which was advertised as size 10. It arrived in time before Christmas, however the actual size on the label was 8-10. As it was too small, I returned it with the attached return label and stated that I wished it to be exchanged against a size 12. I received an email confirming the return and then another email stating that the size 12 was out of stock and that HoF would therefore refund the purchase prize. It wasn't out of stock, though! I looked at the website and found the desired item in size 12 straight away. I purchased it via the website and it has now arrived. Why HoF felt they had to tell porkies on that occasion, I will never know.
