I ordered an Estée Lauder gift set for my daughter's birthday
I was absolutely disgusted at the parcel I received
The box was torn. Bashed and squashed it had no protection in the bag it arrived in
I e mailed the team and I was sent a returns label
I have returned the item and awaiting a refund
This was so disappointing and I would be very nervous of ordering boxed beauty items in the future
So sadly a very poor experience
