HOF chosen delivery agent HERMES continually fails to make next day deliveries especially at weekends.Both HOF and Hermes ‘customer service ‘are impossible to contact via Human Resources.I have shopped with HOF for over fifty years and last week I vowed never to shop with them again after yet another disappointment with Hermes non delivery . I will now shop at John Lewis where the service is superb .
