Terrible service. I ordered 3 pack of Tommy Hilfiger boxer shorts. (£30) They arrived in totally ripped up box with only 2 of the 3 pairs in and one of the pairs still had the big bulky security tag on.
When I emailed them they said I had to return them to Hermès drop off place, they would refund the boxers and ‘as a gesture of goodwill’ refund the £4.99 delivery charge!!! Lol
On the returns label it says ‘sports direct’
