My order was damaged in transit and I did not find this out until a week later despite paying for next day delivery. I then reordered and the exact same thing happened! 3rd time in trying I actually received the delivery. Customer Service was difficult to contact, once I successfully made contact I was offered a discount and free delivery on my next order. I understand that things sometimes go wrong but other than offering a discount there was not proactive help from HoF, it was left to me to reorder and keep my fingers crossed.
