Like other retailers, in view of the pandemic it would be nice if HoF aggressively looks on its delivery charges and options. As it is, HoF’s charging of £4.99 courier charges is very high. Moreover, it should seriously consider and lower down the click n collect charges for a win-win situation for both the customers and the HoF. The current charging of same prices for home delivery and click n collect prices are not practical and not as par with what HoF’s competitors are applying.
