Very poor returns policy. Recently purchased a pair of Armani jeans online, which cost £4.99 to be delivered. Did not like the fit or the material when they arrived, but had to pay £4.20 to have them returned byRoyal Mail. Although the cost of the jeans has been reimbursed, I have still had to pay for the original postage plus the return- i.e. £9.19
This definitely puts me off ordering anything else from HOF online.
