I posted an earlier review where I was extremely disappointed with a home delivery that had to be collected from a pickup point.
However, to set the record straight regarding HOF's customer services (Gavin) the speed of feedback and the professional and courteous nature of his correspondence was exemplary and the fact he was not able to offer anything other than a refund was not his fault. Therefore, I give HOF’s customer services (Gavin) 5 stars!
