In your website, you say:
For customers based outside the UK but in the EU: the prices for goods on the Website include all applicable taxes.
Now DHL intermediary asks me to pay addional taxes if I want to get my order. It’s crazy. I paid for my order 46,46 eur. But additionally I’m asked to pay 66 euros!!!!
I can’t get my order if I don’t pay those taxes.
