I ordered a pair of slipper boots and they were so beautiful and comfortable in a soft shade of dove gray that I ordered another pair for my daughter. Unfortunately I had to return these as the left foot (which is my smaller foot) was extremely tight and uncomfortable around the toes as if they had not been cut and stitched properly. This is not House of Frasers' fault of course but I have returned the second pair and am now waiting for a refund. I would certainly use House of Fraser again as their delivery was next day and very efficient.
