I ordered a belt for my sons birthday. You sent the wrong belt which was a lot cheaper than one I ordered but still charged me the original price for it. I emailed a complaint, I wanted the correct belt sent to me but haven’t had any responses back. I have now sent the belt back to get a refund but it cost me another £3.85 to correct your error. I’m very disappointed, I order a lot from House Of Fraser but I will be reluctant to order from you again.
