Coats ordered for a value (£150+) that a lot of companies would deliver for free, but paid for delivery around £5 each. Having received orders 2 separate ones the items are ill fitting or too small so need to return. Checking the packaging expecting a returns label but will need to pay for returns as well. Its not the money, its the principal and made to feel like a valued customer rather then someone whos pockets money can be taken out of,
