My experience of shopping with " online" House of Fraser was very disappointing as I had to pay £4.95 for standard delivery and £7.65 for recorded returns for a shopping basket of £159.00. When I shop with other stores the delivery is free when you spend over £50 and returns are free? While it may not be very much; I have effectively paid for the privilege of " online shopping" An experience I won't be repeating.
