I ordered 2 Ester Lauder products from you because you sent me an email, offering a free Ester Lauder gift valued at over £122, if 2 items were ordered. I received the 2 ordered item but no free gif as advertised. I have emailed customer services 3 times with no satisfaction. I ordered from you and not your competitors because of this email/advert.
