Not a great experience and won’t be using HoF again. Placed an order for a jacket and a shirt, total value ~£130. Postage £4.99, most other retailers free over a certain value but accepted the cost relative to the order value. Email telling me the jacket out of stock so now I’m paying £4.99 for a £30 shirt, not great value so I email to cancel the order. Lo and behold, I receive an email to let me know my supposed cancelled order has been dispatched. Now I have to pay a further £4 or so to return the item. £9 for a pretty poor shopping experience
