I bought 2 Fabienne Chapot dresses in the sale. Sadly not for me. One arrived so badly creased I couldn't see how it would ever iron out - it was also missing the same fabric belt. The other was beautifully wrapped - I suspect direct from the manufacturer and hadn't ever been out of the bag. Sadly that one was too long - it reached the floor at the back and was a supposed midi. Returns are a bit of a pain as you have to pain the postage yourself, which given one item was missing something and therefore faulty is a bit annoying. I'd normally have walked to my local store to make the return - obviously not HoF fault that they aren't open, but many on-line retailers offer a free returns service.
