Absolutely disgraceful I paid £9 or less for next day delivery and it never came I emailed house of Fraser 3 times and I’ve not heard anything back still days later this is the first time and the last time I buy anything from this utter disgraceful business!!! If you cannot provide next day delivery or your 3rd party you employ for delivers do not state you can it’s false advertisement, I requested my delivery charge to be added back to my bank but obviously they have completely ignore my emails
