So disappointed in the product I purchased. The image depicted a high end, quality dressing gown. What arrived was an item made from, in my opinion, thin, cheap feeling fabric. I paid 8.00 for express delivery and then had to pay again to return the item. Very, very disappointing. In these troubled times the image and description should correctly reflect the item for sale. Not the quality store or customer service that HOF used to deliver at all.
