I ordered a pair of trainers from HOF money went out then Received an email saying they were out of stock a refund will be in your bank within 5 working days ! Yep you guessed it no money refunded yet emailed customer service response was they never took payment it’s pending and this never happens well I can’t see why take the money for an item you don’t have I will never use them again avoid at all cost do not buy from here
