The Christmas gift package We’re broken (metal) it looked pretty ugly when Gift wrapped. I also bought Kitchen weighing scales - packaging broke and the weighing plate got damaged.
Also over Christmas I got Ted baker travel wallet Same - scratch on the face of wallet. All my gifts were destroyed. And I have not received any exchange for anything yet
