I ordered some picture frames from House of Fraser , I was a bit nervous as I’d read a review from someone Saying that their frame was broken on receiving the order. However I thought I’d chance it. When my order arrived two out of the six frames were broken, it took me ages to figure out who to email to help me. They asked for photographs of the broken frames and there was a lot of to and frowing of email until eventually it was agreed they would send replacements packed properly at my request so That the whole process wouldn’t be repeated. I really like the design of the frames but the whole process was a pain.
