Where to begin?
1. I took advantage of a sale item which was a Hugo Boss Polo Shirt which I couldn't resist as it was a decent price; I thought I may as well pay the little bit extra for next day delivery as it was a bargain and only a couple of pound extra. All was good with the purchase at first until...
2. The item didn't arrive next day and I received an email regarding this giving me a code to cover the delivery of my next purchase; I thought ok, no problem if this purchase goes ok I will order again.
3. The item came on the second day and was left outside in the greenhouse as directed by a note on the door. No issue there until I opened the item and saw the two dreaded words that no man of a large build wants to see on an item of clothing 'Slim Fit'!!! The item when I purchased it online didn't have these words anywhere on the description so I thought great. I tried it on and had it not been slim fit and the normal fit then I would have been happy with the purchase. I am looking at returning this item but was waiting on a reply to an email I had sent customer services over a week ago now and still no reply which leads me to point 4!!!
4. Having spent time writing an email to customer services I was shocked to have waited over a week to not receive any correspondence back by way of an apology of some sort. Nothing; I have had at least 1 marketing email per day since the purchase with some amazing offers but my faith in your ordering system is now at a low point.
Let's just say that my shopping experience and after care has been very bad and not giving me any encouragement in ordering again.
