I had to pay Delivery 3x times. What a poor service.
Firstly I paid delivery on my first purchase.
I asked for an exchange and HOF just refunded my money. Even when the size I need it still on sale. So I purchase again and paid again delivery (£10 in total).
When I return the jacket I had to pay for special delivery (£16 pounds because my jackets are £320 ) and needed to cover Insurance in case of lost.
Poor service and customer service. Hated! I will never purchase online again.
