My order did not arrive even though I paid for it and I have been waiting for over 10 days.
Customer servive does not work!
it is not possible to contact anyone via webchat, despite multiple emails, no one answered. My money has not been refunded and my package still has not arrived. The shipping company informed me that they did not recieve the package from the sender, so it was definitely the seller's fault.
Very poor quality of service, failure to keep promises and delivery standards.
Never buy again.
