Goods are excellent. Its the delivery and return process that let's your business down. For example you pay for delivery. My items were to small. You pay for returns. You wait for refund. You order again and pay again for delivery
The whole process is extremely lengthy and costly
You should adopt the m and m approach on delivery and returns.
This is and will put me off ordering in the future which as a business you don't want
